Track one product across several online stores. PriceSentinel checks the prices on a schedule, keeps the price history and alerts you on Discord, Slack, Telegram, ntfy or a webhook when the price drops or another store becomes the cheapest.
How it works
Paste its links from up to 3 stores, or press Research with AI from the Add button and pick the stores it finds.
The first price captured becomes the base price. Every later price is compared with it, and the cheapest in-stock store becomes the best price.
As often as every 6 hours, with retries, back-off and polite delays per store. The history is kept for every link.
When a store becomes the cheapest, a price reaches your target or falls below the base price, the alert reaches your channels.
Features
One place for the products you want to buy, the stores that sell them and the moment the price is right.
Attach links from several shops to one product. The cheapest in-stock store is always shown as the best price.
Get notified when a store becomes the cheapest, a price hits your target or drops a set percentage below the base price.
A chart for every store, the 30-day average and low, the all-time low and how much you save against the base price.
Store adapters, schema.org data and price heuristics read the real price and stock, not the crossed-out one.
Type a product name and the AI finds stores that sell the exact same product, with the price read from each page.
Prices from stores in other currencies are converted into your product’s currency with daily ECB exchange rates.
AI link research
Type the product you want. The AI plans search queries, PriceSentinel opens every result, reads the real price and checks that it is the exact same product, not a lookalike. You tick the stores to track.
Then ask the AI assistant things like what dropped this week?

Bring your own key: Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq, Google Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Keys are encrypted at rest.
Notifications
Connect up to 3 channels and choose which alert types each one receives. Quiet hours hold alerts and deliver them afterwards.

FAQ
Yes. There is no paid plan, no credit card and no ads. To keep the shared server fair for everyone, free accounts have limits: 25 products, up to 3 store links per product and price checks at most every 6 hours. AI features use your own API key, so their cost is billed by your AI provider, not by PriceSentinel.
No. Tracking, price extraction and alerts work without AI. A key is only needed for AI link research, the AI assistant and the AI fallback that reads prices from difficult pages. Supported providers are Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq, Google Gemini (through its OpenAI-compatible endpoint), Mistral, DeepSeek and any other OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
Any store with a public product page. Built-in adapters cover Amazon, eMAG, eBay, Altex/Media Galaxy, cel.ro, PC Garage, evoMAG and a few others. Every other shop goes through a generic pipeline that reads schema.org data, product meta tags and price heuristics. If a page still cannot be read, an AI model with your own key can extract the price as a last resort. Some shops block automated requests; those may not work.
Yes. It is open source under the MIT license and runs with Docker Compose, from source with Node.js or as a desktop app. Self-hosted installs have no limits and add email alerts, Gotify, the MCP server and local AI models. See the self-hosting guide.
